Our Staff

Melody - Went to UCLA for Emergency Medical Technician Certificate and is a Nationally Registered EMT and American Red Cross CPR Certified. Volunteered at Love on 4 Paws - Animal assisted therapy program, Children's Hospital Los Angeles, Shriner's Hopsital for Children, Hollywood Presbyterian and convalescent homes throughout Los Angeles. She is currently a pre-nursing school student.

Alma – Front and Back Office Medical Assistant, Workers Compensation Coordinator.  She is bilingual in English and Spanish, CPR/First Aid Certified,  a graduate of Glendale Career College, an AA degree in Liberal Arts and pre-nursing undergraduate at Glendale Community College.  She has been a member of our team since 2002. 

Amber – Front Office Assistant, Billing Coordinator.  She is CPR/First Aid Certified and a student at Los Angeles Valley College.  She has been a member of our staff since November 2005.

Angelica – Front and Back Office Medical Assistant, Inventory Coordinator.  She is bilingual in English and Spanish, CPR/First Aid Certified and a graduate of Maric College – North Hollywood.  She has been a member of our staff since March of 2006.

Berenice – Front and Back Office Medical Assistant, Billing Coordinator.  She is bilingual in English and Spanish, CPR/First Aid certified, and a graduate of Glendale Career College.  She has a member of our staff since October 2001.

Gloria – Office Supervisor, Limited X-Ray Technician, Front and Back Office Medical Assistant.  She is CPR/First Aid Certified, Community Emergency Response Team Graduate – City of Burbank, and received her medical assisting training from Pasadena City College.  She is currently an honor student at Los Angeles Mission College.  She has been a member of our staff since October 1992.

Jessica – Front Office Assistant and Billing Coordinator.   She is bilingual in English and Spanish, CPR/First Aid Certified, and a graduate of Burroughs High School.  She has been a member of our staff since August 2006.

Kelly – Front Office and Back Office Assistant, Limited X-Ray Technician, and Surgery Scheduling Coordinator for Dr. Kase and Dr. Wang..  She is CPR/First Aid Certified, and a graduate of Maric College.  She is nationally certified as a medical assistant.  She has been a member of our staff since 2004.

Maria – Front Office and Billing Coordinator.  She is bilingual in English and Spanish, CPR/First Aid Certified, recipient of the NAEHS Award 2005 from Burbank Adult School, and currently a Los Angeles Pierce College student.  She has been a member of our staff since August 2005.

Michael – Front Office Clerical Assistant.  He is currently a student at Burbank High School and is a part-time member since September 2007.

Naira – Front Office Medical Assistant, Medical Records Coordinator.  She is trilingual in English, Russian, and Armenian.  She is CPR/First Aid Certified,  a graduate of Adelante Institute in billing practices, graduate of North-West College in Front Office Medical Assisting.  She has been a member of our staff since 1996.

Suzie – Front Office Assistant.  She is CPR/First Aid Certified and a student at North Hollywood High School.  She has been a member of our staff since 2006.
